[Veritas-bu] Differential after Full

I'm just starting using Netbackup v3.4 on Solaris.

I made a full backup, and then the next day the diff backup seemed to 
backup everything again, not just files that have changes since the last 
Full or cummulative backup. What am I missing here ?
