Most of the status codes are defined as "greater than or equal to" a given 
value, so anything above 200 means Multiplexed is True.  Combining that with 
the low order 8 bit gives Multiplexed Full.

In my environment, Multiplexed Full ranges between 208 and 239 hex.  If you use 
the -l option, the status code is in decimal format.

It doesn't appear to be a valid combination from the available codes of:

001 - Frozen
002 - Suspended
008 - Full
040 - Multiple RL
080 - Imported
200 - MPX True
