I achieved vastly improved duplication speeds (from 3-4 days to less than
one day) by:

1. Setting buffer sizes per: http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/183702.htm
2. Working from demultiplexed images for the source of the copy.

I noticed our duplication's performance is pretty slow.
and it take even longer than the original backup.

I'm wondering beside using the -L log option 
how do you to monitor and tuning the duplicate runs?
