Hi Dave,
It was quite straight forward to me.  I followed p231 on the Sys Admin 
guide.  The trick was to read the screen message carefully, be patient and 
let the process completed.  If the restore spans multiple tapes, I think you 
would like to have a tape library rather than a standalone.
