What kind of (tape) hardware are you using? Our environment is similar in
size: about 35Tb a week; 3000 week-day jobs and probably about 1500 over the
weekend. I'll try and pull success stats by your measurements if nothing
else for kicks and grins.
My concerns in doing this have been that:
a) some jobs run for 8 hours and write 400Gb to tape whereas others are 10Mb
in size
b) some failures are network, some media related
c) some jobs succeed on their second try; do they count?
