If your server is running HP-UX, you must disable the
operating system's use of SCSI Reserve/Release.
1.  Set the kernel parameter st_ats_enabled to zero. 
Using the HP-UX sam utility is the easiest way to set
this parameter.  Leaving this parameter set to ONE
causes conflicts between the operating system and
NetBackup use of SCSI Reserve/Release commands.
2.  Reboot your system.
