Found the answer in Media Manager SAG
uid = -1 for ANY (default)
gid = -2 for NONE (default)
vmpool -add testpool "Test Pool" ANYHOST -1 -2
Does the trick nicely. FWIW, I'm making use of FOR /l on the CLI to set
up new pools, and soon tapes and classes.
