[Veritas-bu] Restore queued with drives available?!?!

Was it possibly waiting on tape availability not drive availability?
Perhaps your source tape was being written to.

I just tried to test a restore with 2 drives still available and it got
queued. While this restore was queued a scheduled backup of 17 clients
fired off and took the available 2 drives.
What's up with that?!
