Take a look at Image.pm, specifically the loadImages method from the NBU
modules on CPAN:
http://search.cpan.org/search?mode=module&query=NBU
One of the example scripts, toc.pl, will print the table of contents of a
volume, using the results
of a bpimmedia invocation such as:
bpimmedia -l -mediaid S01948
to produce something along the lines of:
--------------------
$ toc.pl S01948
1:Fragment 2 of NBUBP1 from bp1db1.bkup: Created May 4 00:03:57 2002;
Expires Jun 4 00:03:57 2002
2:Fragment 1 of NBUBP1 from bp1db1.bkup: Created May 7 00:39:00 2002;
Expires Jun 7 00:39:00 2002
3:Fragment 1 of NBUBD2 from sbxdb1.bkup: Created May 7 17:03:08 2002;
