FYI:In 4.5, the license key will not be required when installing the Windows
Administrative Client Interface.

 Well, seems the Win32 NetBackup administration console was made
for that ;-)
 Install it from the NetBackup server CD, choose "administration
console" just after entering the license key. Add the console
hostame in the NetBackup SERVER list and there you go.
