I haven't done the upgrade myself.  However, at the Veritas conference I learned
that if you have the BPVault Extension Product that you need a license for it 
and
that you will have to reconfigure the dup vaults from scratch.  The 
reconfiguration
is required since BPVault has a GUI interface in 4.5 and does away, in some 
part,
with the dup_param files.
