[Veritas-bu] problem adding media

HI all,
I use bpexpdate -force -d 0 -ev <media-id>.
for testing its impact, then images on media were
expired and the media was removed from the madia
manager volume(bpmedialist|grep <media-id> gives no
raw).
problem: I didn't manage to add it because of media-id
which is not unique on database.
