[Veritas-bu] Pb with ROBOT

Hello,
I currently encounter a problem with my backup system ( Netbackup 3.4.1GA
with an Exabyte 430M)
The mode of control passed from TL8 to AVR and since nothing any more does
not function.
However it is possible to move a cartridge or to charge a band with robtest
but if i want to perform a backup or an inventory of the robot, I have the
following error message : Hardware or Communication Error.

An idea?
