By default, NBU 3.4.1 is installed into C:\Program Files\VERITAS. If you
installed the NBU Tracker in the Startup Group, it would be located at
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\NetBackup
Client Job Tracker.lnk or C:\WINNT\Profiles\All Users\Start
Menu\Programs\Startup\NetBackup Client Job Tracker.lnk

In the Registry, here's where:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Veritas

User Settings can be located:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\VERITAS

My favorite way of handling this situation with any windows app is to
reinstall into the current directory, reboot, use the uninstall utility to
do a clean uninstall, manually delete any remaining installation
directories, reboot again, then reinstall again.  Guaranteed to make a unix
sysadmin's skin crawl.

Does anyone know how to manually remove NBU 3.4.1 from a NT/2000 box, not
using Add/Remove Programs or the Remove option in the NBU Setup application?
For some reason my services do not show up at all, therefore I am going to
reinstall. I get an Windows Installer error if I try to repair, change or
uninstall using the above. Any help is appreciated!
