I have two HP surestore silos.

Every time I do a restore, the tape request wants the tape mounted in the
"other" library. So, if the tape was written in Library A and lives in
Library A, the restore wants to read the tape in Library B.

Why is this? How can I get it to read the tape regardless of where it
currently resides?

I have tried to "move" the image to the other library when such a request
pops up with no success. The command I've used is:

bpimage -id tapeid -newserver B -oldserver A

Can anyone help me?

Thanks a bunch!

Michelle
