Well, looks like my networking tech decided to specify speed & duplex
in the interface config of the Foundry BigIron, but neglected to check
the settings on the server first. Looks like he did this for every
port too, time to do some cleanup and maybe even change enable.

Full backup is speeding along now, 25% in 8 minutes, perfectly
acceptable. Thanks for all the feedback.
