[Veritas-bu] bpstart on NT client
2002-04-01 16:04:25
What values are you changing?
There is a "backup_start timeout" and a "backup_end timeout" set on the
master, but you also must have the "client read timeout" set on every client
to an equal or greater value.

[Veritas-bu] bpstart on NT client

Hello All:
Has anyone experienced the error codes of 24 and 66 on an NT
client? This only happens to us when the bpstart takes longer
than 7-8 minutes to run. All timeout parameters have been maxed
out. We have run tests where the bpstart is removed and the
backup runs fine and we have put a simple loop script in the
bpstart that runs for 10 minutes and the backup fails again with
a 24 and 66 (the error flip flops). Not a coding issue.
Thanks.
