What do you know about method for this? Is it ftp, rcp, scp, etc? Does it
tunnel through the daemons and not need any unix setup past what NB
requires? How 'bout ports?

There is an undocumented command that can be used to copy files to and from
an NB client that you could use (from a previous post by Brian Cinque):
****************************************************************************
***************
Copies files from and to a netbackup client.
bpgp from <client> <absolute path on client> <absolute path on server>
bpgp to <client> <absolute path on server> <absolute path on client>
****************************************************************************
****************
Another command that may helpful is bpdir -M <client> <dir_name> which will
give you a directory listing so you can find the file you want to copy using
bpgp above. I've used this before for troubleshooting purposes; use bpdir
to get the list of NB logfiles on the client, then bpgp to copy them back to
the master for evaluation.
Pretend you forgot about this one if you're a security engineer..

Twice now I've been to the Veritas Conferences, twice a roomful of people
has begged this of the developers.
We're still waiting.

Is there a way to put include and exclude files, for
client machines, on the Master server rather than
having to put them in the /opt/openv/netbackup
directory on the client machines?
