[Veritas-bu] status code 134

Subject:	[Veritas-bu] status code 134 - Resources Busy

NBU Gurus,
           Status code 134 shows up in the error log. I fixed it by creating 
the file DISABLE_RESOURCES_BUSY in /usr/openv/volmgr. But it is causing 
considerable peformance degradation. I got another environment (with a mster 
and media server) where we haven't applied the J0850645 or NB-34_2 patch and we 
get very good peformance (backup and duplication). ANybody seen this problem ?  
Any suggestions and fixes ?
