Well, sort of, from the looks of it.

J0850645, which you can still get from 

  ftp://207.30.27.45/pub/support/products/NetBackup_DataCenter/

is replaced by NB_34_2.  However, which of these you use will depend
on which version of VSM you have (e.g. you don't want to apply NB_34_2
if you're not going to upgrade to VSM 3.4.1 at the same time).
