how'd things go with this?

base on my dealings, the status code: 219 was result of down'd drives under
normal circumstances
and the status code 213 was result of misconfiguratoin between the media
managers and master
server configs and/or client services needed to be restart due to a change
of configs. The latter
situation had brought about accompanying status 83: media open error's as
well.

just a suggestion as i know every configuration is different.

Make sure your tape drives are up. One of the ways to check it out is in
Java GUI go to Media and Device Management and drill all the way down to
individual tape drives. There you will see drive UP/DOWN radio buttons.

David.
