Hello EveryOne...

        Thanks for everyone's response..O.K.. Close...
        I have SUCCESSFULL of backing up the mail box with the
        following Sequence of installation, BUT NOT restore..
        (I can backup but not restore >:(
        
        Everytime I click the Restore icon, it give the error message
        of unable to obtain list of files using specified search
        criteria. I have "checked" the Netbackup Explorer Extensions..
        but no luck....

        Here is what I did to solve the error 13
        Install Netbackup 3.4 Server and Client
        Reboot
        Install the Netbackup for Exchange Agent
        Reboot
        Install the Patch J0850645
        Reboot
        Install the NB_341_2
        Reboot
        Install the NB_341_P0927.exe

        This Seq is just publish from Veritas like last friday, 
        If you used 3.4.1 CD instead of 3.4 CDs
        You can skip the J0850645 Patch...

        Thanks for all the help... I just need to figure how to restore..
        which is kind of important.. I think... >:)
