there is one tech notes regarding to the code 13 for the Exchange mailbox.
it might help 2 cents.

When backing up Microsoft Mailboxes, the backup exits with status code 13
and the bpbkar hangs showing FS_OBJECT_CORRUPT messages.

Regarding to the restore of the information store, have you selected the
right backup type to restore? u need to choose exchange type
