Hi guys!

I'm having some problems with a client which allways return a status code 1.
The server i a NT4/sp6 machine and the client a win2k. OTM is installed,
with default settings. I'm running Netbackup Business server 3.4, with no
patches installed.
The problems log show:

from client nt351: ERR - failure reading file: C:\WINNT\system32\jgaw400.dll
(WIN32 5: Access is denied. )
from client nt351: ERR - failure reading file: C:\WINNT\system32\jgsh400.dll
(WIN32 5: Access is denied. )
from client nt351: ERR - failure reading file:
C:\WINNT\system32\Macromed\Flash\swflash.ocx (WIN32 5: Access is denied. )
from client nt351: ERR - failure reading file:
C:\WINNT\system32\mui\0409\hhctrlui.dll (WIN32 5: Access is denied. )
Error   1       backup of client nt351 exited with status 1 (the requested 
operation
was partially successful)

It's always the same 4 files that Netbackup will not backup. It looks to me
that the files are locked by some process. I thought the OTM would handle
that, but...

I could offcourse exlude the files, but my customer don't think much of that
idea. Any tips??!?!?
