Anyone have some examples or suggestions when trying to put a Service Level
Agreement together for backup and restore requirements?  I am putting
something initially together that will entail a bare minimal backup and
restore requirement and then hopefully the application owners will suggest a
better plan, but only after they realize the costs associated with putting a
solution together to match the recoverability time that they require.  ie
Everyone wants to have fast backup and restore times, but they do not always
realize that there are costs associated with keeping x number of media for
retention, and costs associated with having the proper number of drives to
perform backups and recovery.
