If you don't *have* to use NetBackup, and it's only this one system,
something more like regular TAR could be easier. Dump the database, backup
the system with tar (or cpio, or whatever). Restore at destination, import
the database.

If you have to use NetBackup, the issue comes with shipping your whole NB
database. I've never done it but the destination system probably wouldn't
like having another NetBackup's database dropped onto it. You may be better
off shipping the tape and doing an import.

That's my (uneducated) guess though.
