we have a restore that fails to complete and gives a media read error. it will
restore some files, but not all. when i go to verify the image, it gives a
media read error and says it failed to verify the image. is there any way to
recover the data on this tape? its a dlt8000 tape that was written to in a
dlt7000 drive.
