I assume you mean transaction logs from the sql database. You can run those
whenever you want. Just create a nbu schedule that runs every 6 hours and in
the files tab put the location and name of the transaction log backup
script.

How do you set a log backup to run every 6 hours?  As far as I can tell
you can't.  Setting the frequency to 6 hours simply means it will check
every 6 hours to see if it has run.....
