You can't really tell each class what tape drive to use, but there are a
couple of options (some are better than others).

1) Change the storage unit to only have one drive. Then all backups to that
storage unit go to the same drive (not really a great solution if you want
other backups to use both drives)

2) Set the media multiplexing for each schedule of the desired class to 2
(or however many streams you end up with) and make sure you have set the
Maximum Multiplexing Per Drive to a large enough number as well. You will
end up with multiplexed backups for this class, but if it's the only class
running you will guarantee (I'm pretty sure) that the backup for the entire
system is written through the same drive/on the same tape(s).

There may be others as well, but those are the ones that occur to me.
