I added 20 tapes with new barcodes this morning, and I selected 'update
volume configuration' within the media manager and I get the following
report.

It seems as if its finding duplicate media ID's and Im not sure why.

Below is the output of what happened after I updated the volume config.

Any suggestions on how to deal with this ?
