I remeber reading in one of the README files that when
you apply NetBackup patch J08**645 to NetBackup 3.4 it
becomes NetBackup 3.4.1 then you can apply patch
'NB_34_1'. Also in the same README file, it mentions
that you can apply NB_34_1 patch to NetBackup3.4 only
if you have patch J08*645 applied.
