3.4 Has an additional product that comes with it called OTM ( Open
Transaction Manager) It's supposed to backup open files but it doens't do a
great job.

I am migrating all of my NT clients from ArcServe 2000 to Netbackup. I will
use my Solaris Netbackup 3.2 (will upgade to 3.4 first) server to back these
up. Not having any experience with the NT client, I have a few questions.
Does the NT client support "Open Files" out of the box? Are there any
caviates to this sort of setup. Any pointers on the upgrade? Thanks in
