I believe the process you need is as follows:

1) Start the restore
2) Load the tape into the mail slot and inject the tape
        OR
2) Manually put the tape in a slot in the library
3) Re-inventory the library so Media Manager knows the location of the tape
(I suppose you could use vmchange to tell Media Manager where the tape is,
too)
4) Use the 'vmoprcmd' command to resubmit the mount request: vmoprcmd
-resubmit 0

Or I suppose you could just restart the restore once the tape is in the
library.
