When do you get this error? Does it just happen out of the blue or is it after 
you've been doing tape entry/eject operations? What type of library?

I usually see this after I've opened the load port to insert or eject tapes. 
During the time it takes the library to inventory to door after it's been 
opened, the robot is unavailable to NetBackup and you'll get that message. All 
you can do is wait for the inventory operation to complete and then try it 
again.

Has anyone gotten an Error 202 (Unable to sense robotic device) when
trying to inventory the robot?  Tried the robtest utility and was able
to initialize, but NetBackup can't seem to detect the robot.  Performed
sgscan and tpconfig and configuration seem fine.
