I saw something similar some time ago, what we did was uninstall NBU and the
exchange agent on the client.  Rebooted the server and reinstalled it with
the patch, by DO NOT use the patch that says J0850645.WIN95_234848.EXE  I
did that on accident once and Dr Watsons for everyone.
