I am not sure what you are asking? If you are asking if you can force a
restore from one media server, then yes you can. You can either do it on a
per media basis from CLI, or all restored by placing an entry in bp.conf:
FORCE_RESTORE_MEDIA_SERVER = <fromhost> <tohost>
