I just ran a test of vmchange as follows:

# vmchange -res -m 000080 -mt 8mm -e

And it worked. What sucks is that Veritas removed any documentation about -e
and also -i from the vmchange command.

I've been using a script for ejecting which uses vmchange with -e on 3.4
for a while. I have an STK9710 hooked to a Solaris 2.6 Master running
NBU 3.4 using robotic type TLD. Are you sure its not something else?
