Just wondering if any one out there has done a 3.4 upgrade?

Our Master Servers are Unix and we are upgrading 110 NT Clients to 3.4 Client.
If you have any warnings or lessons learned for us it would be graciously
accepted.
This upgrade will include Servers with SQL, Oracle, SAP, Exchange, Lotus Notes,
etc. agents.
