The libobk.so64.1 file should be located under /usr/openv/netbackup/bin
after you've done the "pkgadd" of the Veritas NetBackup Agent for Oracle.
The directory you're going to place the line in is $ORACLE_HOME/lib64. The
technote instructs you to "cd" to $ORACLE_HOME/lib64 prior to running the
command you mentioned here.

Subject: [Veritas-bu] 64 bit oracle library in Netbackup
According to TechNote 233482 it gives an explanation on
how to link the oracle binary on Solaris 64-bit.
My question is where is the binary..
it explains the following
ln -s /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/libobk.so64.1 libobk.so
where is the libobk.so64.1 library?
i have searched the cd's and did
a grep of the /var/sadm/install/contents file and
cannot find it anywhere.
Thank You
-H
