Finance question for all of you -

Does anyone on this list pay LIST for Veritas support? What are the typical
discounts you are seeing, and how are you negotiating them? Direct or with a
third party vendor?

I really don't need technical support from them (thanks to this mailing
list, and others like it), but software upgrades and patches are a must.

Give me your two cents worth on support costs, if you have time.
