Monica,
You will just need to purchase a license for the new media server, and
configure NetBackup to use it.  In other words, you are not locked out from
adding as many media servers as you would like (only from a licensing
standpoint).

Hi,

I'm running NetBackup 3.4 on Sun E420. When I initially installed the Master
Server, I specified that there would be no slave/media servers. Is there a
way to get around this? We now have another server attached to a DLT4700 and
would like to make it a media server.
