I have found if I issue a Reset Drive in the Device Manager, Drive Control,
the tape will unmount.  (X interface)

use robtest and then unload <drive>

if that doesn't work then you more than likely have a hardware issue and
need to use the hardware specific manuals.

Ok, I have the media manager sys admin guide out but don't know what I'm
looking for.

How do I manually unmount a drive under Veritas?  Downing the drive
didn't work and neither did killing NBU with bp.kill_all and restarting.
