With the 3.4 software you could have done single mailbox backups and
restores, they are much slower and chew up more tape.

A fairly important user recently accidentally deleted his Inbox from January
to early March 2001.  Unfortunately, we're running Exchange 5.5 instead of
Exchange 2000 which would have allowed us to restore individual mailboxes.

Has anyone out there had to restore an Exchange 5.5 database - how painful
was the process? We're running NetBackup 3.4 on Solaris 2.6 with an Exchange
5.5 client.
