[Veritas-bu] Status 214's & 219's

Hello all,

Having a problem adding a couple of STK 9740's to our environment.  I've
added the robots and drives, and created storage units.  I've been able to
add media to the units successfully:

(Incidentally, I use the bpinject command from bpvault to insert the tapes,
so I'm sure the robot is working and accessible since it moves media from
the cap to the appropriate slot).

However, anytime I try to access the units for inventory updates, I get a
214 (which is not actually detailed in the trouble shooting guide):

# vmcheckxxx -rt tld -rn 3 -list
robot inventory failed:  Robot number does not exist (214)

When I try to run a backup to one of the units, I get a status 219, storage
unit is not accessible.

I've verified that the configurations are correct, but remain unable to
actually use them.
