 bpbackup is bpbackup, only one command. you must be thinking to
the -i switch, which cause bpbackup to initiate a *manual*
backup. otherwise, it's a plain normal *user* backup.

 create your schedule in your class without start window. your
script will then execute a

 bpbackup -i -c class -s schedule -h client -S master.

 either you have a single script executed every friday that
check which friday in the month it is, either you have two
scripts and you rely on cron to launch the right script on
friday - your choice.
