The NetBackup 3.4 for MS Exchange extension is for the file open issue. But
you need to purchase another license for this. Another way is to do the cold
backup.

Hi All...

I am using NetBackup 3.4 on NT 4.0.  I am attempting to backup an MS
Exchange
Server 5.5 also running on NT 4.0.  The last full over the weekend failed
and
now every backup I try results in the File Open Error 12.  Has anyone seen
this
and do you know how to fix it?
