situation -->  non-bar code reader type dlt robots; configured as tld's and
tsd's in netbackup; due to the "non supported" status of these changers by
netbackup, cannot get a true inventory -- i.e., when doing an inventory,
netbackup only feeds back what is in the database, but does not actually
read the tape header (no bar code)
 
needed --> a script using say robtest, bpimport or such to force the
changers to read the tape header and update the inventory.
