[Veritas-bu] Media Manager error 94

Subject: [Veritas-bu] Media Manager error 94

I recently started to receive a "Media Manager error 94" when bpexpdate was
unable to deassign a tape from the NBU catalog after the image had expired.
Has anyone seen this error before??  What can be done to stop receiving this
error, and what possibly started this error??  Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
