I recently started having problems with one of my NT clients that I cannot
diagnose.

I've been through all the recommended troubleshooting steps and everything on
the network appears to be in order. I can ping to the client from the NBU
server and I can ping from the NBU server to the client. When I start the
backup though, it times out after one minute attempting to connect. Haven't
opened an incident yet ... thought I'd run it by the group first. I am seeing
some interesting things in the logs.

09:07:18 [387.408] <2> bpcd main: offset to GMT 18000
09:07:18 [387.408] <2> bpcd main: Got socket for input 172
09:07:18 [387.408] <2> bpcd main: setup_sockopts complete
09:07:32 [387.408] <16> bpcd main: read failed: Error: 10054 (installing
nberrmsg.dll may allow this error to be decoded)
09:07:40 [315.403] <2> bpcd main: offset to GMT 18000
09:07:40 [315.403] <2> bpcd main: Got socket for input 224
09:07:40 [315.403] <2> bpcd main: setup_sockopts complete
09:07:41 [315.403] <2> bpcd main: output socket port number = 1008
09:07:41 [315.403] <2> bpcd peer_hostname: Connection from host ecnbusrv
(xx.xx.xxx.xx) port 1009
09:07:41 [315.403] <2> bpcd main: Peer hostname is ecnbusrv
09:07:41 [315.403] <2> bpcd main: Got socket for output 52, lport = 809
09:08:26 [315.403] <16> bpcd main: Couldn't connect to address xx.xx.xxx.xx
port 1008: Error: 10060 (installing nberrmsg.dll may allow this error to be
decoded)

What is this thing nberrmsg.dll and how can I install it?
Is there documentation on it?
Where can I find out what an Error 10060 and 10054 are?

Has anyone seen anything like this before? I'm beginning to think my only
recourse is to un-install the client agent and re-install it. I'm awaiting
information from the server owner to see what (if anything) has been done to
this server within the last week and a half.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
