Chapter 5 in the Troubleshooting Guide outlines the various scenarios of
losing a server. Master, Master/Media and Media.
Basically, depending on the severity, you will be recovering your NBU
databases with bprecover after you bring the machine up with the OS and NBU
re-installed.

Assuming you have one Netbackup server, and your system is backed up via
netbackup, how do you restore the master netbackup server?
Do you have to have a backup separate from Netbackup? Restoring a client
bare-bones is pretty straightforward, but I wasn't sure about the case when
you lose the netbackup server.
